My source pointed out that Taylor sucked in the fourth quarter when trailing. This is why they are reluctant to meet his salary demands which
Sources tell me that a deal with the Browns has already been made, contingent on which quarterback the Rams select, since the Browns have determined that the other guy is a bumb and a loser unworthy of being selected that high.
In addition to Taylor, the Browns would get the Bills' 19th overall pick, their fifth round pick this year, and a 2017 third rounder.
The deal makes sense for the Browns, as Taylor is a dual threat not unlike RG3. My sources say "Hue Jackson loves Tyrod Taylor, and feels he could help him become one of the best quarterbacks in history".
I personally don't like this deal. I defer to Hue Jackson on his opinion of Taylor's upside in his system, but in view of his unsettled contract and unwillingness to extend pre-trade, his undeniable issues in the fourth quarter when behind, and the fact that Buffalo would be jumping SEVENTEEN SLOTS to get the quarterback the Browns are trying to avoid like the plague, the Bills should cough up more stuff.
I believe Taylor should be considered a low first round pick at this point; in fact almost a second rounder. The Bills start with say 19 and 30.
It's 17 slots, so they need to cough up their second round pick in this draft, and another second round pick in 2017.
After all, they are only making this trade in order to get Goff or Wentz, and the fact that the Browns would rather have Tyrod Taylor instead is irrelevant.
When I first
No new answers. Both quarterbacks have franchise potential. I dug as deep as I could into negative comments, and couldn't find anything.
But what do I know?
